How many orders can I place?

We limit the orders to four (4) items per checkout only. We do not, however, limit the amount of times a customer can place an order.

Can I place an order for someone anonymously?

Yes. You can place an order anonymously. The receiver will not know who it's from. We will be reviewing orders thoroughly and will not be sending out orders that may be offensive or ruin a relationship.

Can I request an item for my order?

Yes. You can make a custom order by going to the shop. Please make sure you place an order before the desired time and day of delivery.

I can't place an order. What do I do?

If you are having difficulties in placing an order, you may reach out to @skycastlehq via Twitter for assistance. Or contact the members of Sky Castle for help.

Is this a real shop?

No. As stated in the header of the website, all items and products listed in the site are strictly for roleplaying purposes only. All items and/or pictures used are from Pinterest.
